trenČIN in schools

Trenčín isn’t just full of trenČIN ACTs, but also talented students. We approached two secondary schools: the Ľudovít Štúr Grammar School and the School of Applied Arts, so that, thanks to the students, we could introduce you to several interesting awarded honorees and their ACTs. We ring doorbells, ask neighbors, coworkers, and even random passersby. … WE NEVER KNOW WHERE WE’LL GO TOMORROW.

LET’S HIT THE STREETS!

WE DON’T COUNT LIKES. WE COUNT ACTS.Introducing the trenČIN project! There are people whose importance cannot be expressed in numbers. They don’t have thousands of followers, they aren’t featured in the newspapers, and often they themselves have no idea how much of an impact they have on those around them. ONE FROM THE TOWN HALL. THE OTHER FROM THE STREET. THIS IS HOW trenČIN BEGAN!

How do you choose the first two people to kick off a project honouring everyday heroes? We decided to start symbolically – FROM THE TOP and FROM THE BOTTOM. On the one hand, Richard Rybníček, the mayor of Trenčín; on the other, Peter ‘Kofy’ Majzún, a seller and distributor of the magazine Nota bene and … ONE FROM THE TOWN HALL. THE OTHER FROM THE STREET.
