Up until now, we’ve mainly been searching, meeting, listening, taking notes, and awarding. Now the time has come to show what has actually come of it all.
The first press conference of the trenČIN project took place at KKC Hviezda in Trenčín, where we presented the project’s concept, its progress to date, and – most importantly – its future direction in the coming months to journalists and the public.
Gathered around a single table were Director of Creative Institute Trenčín Stanislav Krajči, author of the project Kateřina Šedá, “ceremonial officers” Janka Mojto Trenčanová and Peter Hudák – and, most importantly, those for whom the entire trenČIN project was created: the honorees.
We introduced some of them to the public for the very first time. And along with them, we shared their stories and the reasons why we believe they deserve to be recognized.
And we’re definitely not stopping there. We’re still looking for more individuals, more stories are being added, and trenČIN continues to grow. All the way to our final ceremony at the end of November.
Thank you to everyone who came. And especially to the honorees for joining us on this journey. ❤️
