From the drummer chair to the mayor’s chair in Trencin, his journey led through the editorials of print media and the boss’s TV chairs.
Richard Rybníček is born Trenčín and it seems that Trenčín is his destiny, and he is a bit of a fate of Trenčín. Interest in things public was already manifested in the underground band without ice and warehouse, which was not enough to sing about love and peace. Internships and scholarships in Germany, his work at the Institute for Public Affairs and Management Experience led him to four-time majoring in Trenčín.
Rhythm is now listed not only at the municipal office but also at concerts again. Thanks to his relationship with culture and his dream that the city of Trenčín could once be the European Capital of Culture as well as Košice in 2013, we can now experience a culture of European format in Trenčín.
