I don't know what to say. I'm not sure I heard everything you said because I was so overwhelmed with emotion, touched. I really appreciate it
In seventeen weeks of the Tren-ČIN project, we met over two hundred people. For a little while, a little chat. Although it is superficial to have an opinion of the other only from a short random encounter, one cannot resist and evaluate the first impression. It can be deceptive, because the value often shows up gradually. But the fact that someone sent us to this person suggests that it is a person who lives for himself. I try to sum up the first impression.
Heaven, joy, enthusiasm, the ability to listen patiently and understand, to show the way and love for children, in which all those former qualities are contained. That was my first impression of meeting and talking to Mrs. Renata Iršová.
I love my students and love to teach. I love that process, that was her answer to the question why she chose this profession.
He teaches teenagers in primary school, an age group that is a challenge for every parent, let alone a teacher. It does not complain about them at all, on the contrary, it says that it is a difficult time when children start looking for a place in life. Renate has a proven recipe for teenagers ♦ understanding.
I didn’t forget what we were like at their age. They don’t have life instructions, they’re just looking, they’re trying. It is our job to help them grow up,’ she said. She added that humor helps her personally to communicate with her students. Teenagers can appreciate empathy if the teacher is on their side.
I often turn to humor a situation that would otherwise burn badly, too hard. They realize at that moment that they don’t have to rush, rebel, they don’t have to attack, because there’s no need.
No wonder he is still in contact with former students. He says that paradoxically, the heartiest are the biggest lapajis.
At times, I am invited to the cabin, we meet at Kofola, on hiking, and with my parents. It’s not gonna be the night I don’t get to work with somebody, she adds.
At the same time, Renata considers her profession to be a hobby and hesitates for a while to say something about the way she relaxes.
If you ask me what in addition to learning fills my soul, it is nature, tourism, travel, reading books and, above all, my family, who finally adds.
