Radek Dlouhý

We reached Radko Dlouhé’s conditioning trainer at Elite Move’s gym in the company of young Slovak hockey hopes, which helps to build fitness. He came to Trencin as a professional hockey player. He met his wife in Brno during her studies. They had children in Trencin and decided to settle here. Even if he is sometimes jokingly reminded of the Prague flood, he feels among his own. He says that he was born in Czechoslovakia when we were still a common nation, and in the end it is always about the nature of a person, not the mother tongue.

Today in Trenčín he is engaged in coaching professional and amateur athletes and co-founder of the project BD Hockey Scating. This project instills basic physical habits in children who want to pursue hockey. One of the incentives to start the project was his own children, who thus playfully build a relationship with sport. It’s the right data, it’s to learn the good brullite, the pak it’s up to them, the coach adds.
