In addition to professional knowledge, it must have a great deal of empathy and diplomacy in order to be able to sharpen the edges in the collective, to perceive the needs of patients, but also to suffer their whims. Coping with stressful situations with peace and grace is the art taught by the station nurse Beata.

When he sees us standing in the hallway, he hesitates for a moment. He knows about the Trenčin project, we were just here yesterday. Nevertheless, she will be surprised by her appreciation. The whole department ran the Coronavirus pandemic a few years ago, and thanks to the interplay of sisters, the enormous pressure is still constant. The team headed by the Beata came together and held a lot of pressure. The sisters stood by each other even though one of them faced a serious illness. No wonder they already understand each other without words.

A special category in the daily routine of the department are the requirements of related patients who often lift adrenaline even in infusion. Even after years of practice, Beata can still be surprised by her questions or conduct during visits. No wonder sometimes when he comes home, he doesn’t want to communicate with anyone or hear anything.

When we ask about hobbies, Beatka answers briefly: grandchildren.
