Most of our days in the field begin with a meeting with a nice young lady waiting for us with the car keys we move on. Dorka shows up almost immediately, just call her. Like a magic fairy from a fairy tale. And the similarity is really there.
Our target today is the pharmacy in Zlatovce. Ladies here are smiling and above all patient. The award belongs to the entire team, but in the spirit of the rules, only one of them will win the Sherpa. We appreciate full operation. Magistry pursues to serve customers, to exchange a few words with us, to take a photo and by phone to verify the address of another appreciated person. All with a nice smile and charm. Among the customers we recognize the award-winning teacher Mičudová with her contagious broad smile.
Helena has been working in the pharmacy for over two decades, Zuzana is here for a year. Both are clear that their work is primarily about empathy and patience. Ladies at the pharmacy counter are confronted daily with the fact that life is very fragile. It happens that a person who has just learned the cruel prognosis of his illness has come to them that he has only a few weeks to live. At that point, it is very difficult to keep a smile on their face, but they still claim that this job gives them more than he takes.
