A collegial approach, selfless help and helpfulness. It is these qualities that doctors may value most in their colleagues. Nowadays, they are becoming more and more rare and their search has led us from doctor to doctor. The waiting room was full of patients, and the medical staff were busy. Nevertheless, the doctor took a moment to hear our intention. She smiled and noted that our visit made her a little enjoyable on a difficult day. In the office there was a traditional work industry, patients were increasing, the computer refused to cooperate and responsibilities were not decreasing. It was not until the next morning that she promised us the nominations for the award. As she later revealed, she thought about them long before evening. She didn’t have a paper line in the morning, but she was clear in one. She wants to appreciate the four outstanding women of the non-state clinic, which also houses her office. Women who, according to her, have been creating an environment based on professionalism, humanity and mutual support for many years. She ranked them by age. Although the age of women tends to be tactfully silent, the oldest one does not mention one of the attractions of her peers for more than two decades enjoying retirement. However, she still works, distributes energy and remains an integral part of the life of the clinic.
