Ivanka and a colleague from the store lead us to the office of the manager. The reason is simple, they appreciated it.
Adika’s in charge of production. It leads about 50 employees. With a smile, colleagues from the office take pictures of her in the sherpa and claim to be strict, but also respectable, and fair. I wonder if they’d say that if she wasn’t in the room. However, they seem right, since many agree that they deserve appreciation without greater hesitation.
They also agree that she is extremely busy and spends almost all her time at work. When we ask her about hobbies, Adika smiles and answers that her biggest hobby is work and tourism.
